Value that scales with demand

Pay for capacity you can use, not headcount you have to manage.

B

Recover staff capacity

Move routine phone work, scheduling, and documentation out of your team’s daily queue.

C

Cover demand without another shift

Pricing questions

Simple answers before you decide.

The key details about billing, setup, trials, and choosing the right plan.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. MedCalls plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time.

Are there setup or EHR integration fees?

There are no standard setup fees. If your clinic needs unusual custom work, we will confirm the scope and any cost before you commit.

How is call usage billed?

Call usage is billed at $0.15 per call minute in addition to the monthly platform plan. This lets usage scale with actual patient demand.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Every new client gets one month free. Solo Practice includes 500 call minutes and Multiple Providers includes 1,000 call minutes. Standard platform and usage pricing begins after the trial.

Which plan is right for us?

Solo Practice fits focused clinic workflows. Multiple Providers is designed for more complex provider, routing, outreach, and multi-location needs. We will recommend the simpler option whenever it covers the work.

How should we compare MedCalls with lower-priced options?

Lower-priced tools can be a good fit when a clinic only needs basic call answering. MedCalls is built for the harder work: applying clinic rules, completing scheduling and routing tasks, documenting outcomes, and showing managers what happened. The better comparison is the staff time recovered and the appointments completed, not subscription price alone. Your free first month lets you measure that value on real calls.

Are patient calls ever used to train AI models?

No. MedCalls does not use patient calls to train AI models.

Are recordings retained, and if so, for how long?

Yes. Recordings are retained until termination of the agreement, in accordance with the applicable Business Associate Agreement.

Is all PHI encrypted at rest and in transit?

Yes. PHI processed by MedCalls is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

Are all cloud vendors under signed BAAs?

Yes. Every cloud vendor that processes PHI for MedCalls operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
